Empath get together in the park.

Let’s get together, too many Empaths are alone, dealing with difficult energy’s, blocks & not being able to share how you are feeling or knowing what to do to help yourself.
This meet-up is going to let you connect with other Empaths share and learn techniques that will help you.
We will be getting together in a park so already the grounding that we need is taken care of.
(Don’t worry if it rains we have shelter )
Afterwards everyone is welcome to stay chat and mingle and even ask questions to anything you would like to know about being an empath or spiritual topics.

Cleansing your energy and putting protection in place.
We will go with the group on the day to see what we need,
some things may include
Mediation & healing session
A little information on Empath topics & techniques.
Chill and mingle and enjoy the day.
Please book in advance so I know how many are attending and also so I can keep you updated if we need to move to a different area in the park.
Things to bring (optional)
A blanket to sit on.
Sun cream if it’s hot.
Crystals to cleanse & recharge.
